Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each noodle, covering the entire surface.
Roll up each noodle tightly, starting from one end. Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the roll-ups. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
