Diabetic No-Bake Sugar Free Strawberry Cheesecake
My grandfather is diabetic , and he really loves strawberry cheesecake , that’s why I created a cheesecake with no added sugar for him .
You can all try this cheesecake . IT’S ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS !!!
INGREDIENTS :
➪ 1 cup GRAHAM CRACKER crumbs .
➪ 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder .
➪ 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg .
➪ 1/2 cup melted butter .
➪ 1 cup and half milk .
➪ 1PKG cream cheese , softened .
➪ 1PKG cheesecake flavor sugar-free instant pudding mix .
➪ 200 g fresh sliced strawberries .

INSTRUCTIONS :
➪ In a large bowl , mix together graham cracker crumbs , cinnamon powder , nutmeg and melted butter .
➪ Press the batter into a pie dish , and refrigerate for 1 hour .
➪ Using an electric mixer , beat cream cheese until light and creamy , gradually add milk .
➪ Beat in pudding mix until the filling is thick and smooth.
➪ Spoon half of the cream cheese filling into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
➪ Spread half the strawberries over the filling , and repeat these two last steps another time .
➪ Chill the delicious Strawberry Cheesecake in fridge at least 1 hour .
