PECAN-PIE

This home-filled pecan pie with sweet pecans is perfect for Thanksgiving!

* Ingredients :

° 1 1/4 c sugar white

° Half a cup of dark corn syrup

° Half a cup of butter

° 1 tablespoon cold water

° 2 teaspoons cornstarch

° 3 eggs

° Half a teaspoon of salt

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

° 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

° 1 pie crust, uncovered (9 inches)

* Directions :

Step 1

Preheat oven 350°F (175°C).

Step 2 In saucepan, mix sugar / corn syrup / butter, water, / cornstarch.Bring entire mix to boil & removing from heat.Step 3 Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy.Add cooked syrup gradually.Adding salt / vanilla / walnuts. Pour to base of cake.

Step 4

Baking in preheated oven about 45 to 50 min
