Pineapple Cake with Cheese Cake Filling.

INGREDIENTS :

° 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar.

° 2 tablespoons of flour.

° 1/8 teaspoon salt.

° 1/7 teaspoon  baking powder.

° 2 cups whole milk.

° 4 large eggs, beaten.

° 2 teaspoons of vanilla.

° 6-8 bananas, cut into slices.

° 1 ounce of vanilla chips.

To prepare the first layer:

° 1 cup heavy cream.

° 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Preparation :

In a double boiler, whisk together sugar, flour, salt and baking powder.

Mix both milk and eggs and beat them together. And vanilla and mixing well. Cook the mixture over a medium heat, stirring, until the mixture becomes cohesive. About 10 – 15 minutes. And let pudding to cool.

And in a mezine dish, or well-known dessert dishes, then put vanilla chips at the bottom, and prepare the second layer of banana and pudding.

On the top layer, put heavy cream … and put it in the fridge until it cools, before serving.
