Next, it’s time to start brushing! Brush your teeth like you would normally with the charcoal brush. We recommend using proper circular motions and to not forget the backs of your teeth. The charcoal might feel a little powder-y at first, but don’t let that stop you. If your prefer, you can also add a little bit of toothpaste to the charcoal, but definitely don’t use too much.
