Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and crumbled bacon (if using).
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together and the broccoli to slightly soften.
