This garlic butter steak and potatoes skillet is incredibly simple and so, so flavorful. Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
