GEORGIA PEACH COBBLER

Ingredients :

° 6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

° 1 stick unsalted butter, melted

° 1 cup flour

° 1 cup sugar

° 1 cup brown sugar

° 1 tablespoon of baking powder

° ⅛ teaspoon salt

° 1 cup milk

° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

° juice from ½ lemon

* Instructions :

1 Preheaat oven 375°F.

2 Pour the melted butter into the center of a 9″ x 13″ baking dish, not spreading the butter around the pan.

3 In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour the milk and vanilla extract slowly, And stir to blend. Pour blend over butter, but do not stirring .

4 Add brown sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice to a saucepan over high heat. Stir constantly until sugar melted completely and the peaches released their juices.

5 Pour the peaches over the mixture. Don’t move.

6 Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the surface of the cobbler is golden.

7 Serving warm Enjoy !
