Alfredo Chicken Lasagna

This easy chicken alfredo lasagna recipe is a delicious twist on classic lasagna that your whole family will love.



2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup onion, chopped
10 oz baby spinach
4 cups heavy cream
1.5 cups parmesan cheese, grated
15 oz ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
15 lasagna noodles, cooked
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded


In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Sauté 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion until translucent.
Stir in 10 oz baby spinach until wilted.
Add 4 cups heavy cream, 1.5 cups grated parmesan, 15 oz ricotta, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1.5 tsp salt, and 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken. Simmer.
Spread chicken alfredo sauce over the bottom of a 9”x13” baking dish. Layer in 5 cooked lasagna noodles.
Top noodles with more sauce and 1/3 of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layering noodles, sauce, and cheese until all ingredients used up.
Bake covered at 350°F for 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Broil for 2-3 minutes to brown cheese.
