° 1 pound (500 g) green beans, ends trimmed
° 1/4 cup olive oil
° 2 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese
° 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 4 minced garlic cloves)
° 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
° 1/4 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
° 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking tray with a little non-stick cooking oil spray. Arrange the green beans on the baking tray in a single layer. Sit aside. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to coat evenly. Bake for 20 minutes, until vibrant and fluffy. Take it out of the oven and put mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven and grill (or broil) until cheese is melted and golden (about 4-5 minutes).Enjoy !
