Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

Luxurious Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake Delight


For the Cream:

400 gr sour cream
2 eggs
150 gr sugar
50 gr flour
2 tsp vanilla sugar
100 gr butter
For the Base:

300 gr chocolate cookies
120 gr butter
1 tbsp milk
Baking Instructions:
Proportions for a mold with a diameter of 18 cm.


Base Preparation:

Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and milk until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 18 cm diameter mold to form an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the cream filling.
Cream Filling:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a mixing bowl, beat together sour cream, eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Melt the butter and add it to the cream mixture, stirring until well combined.
Pour the cream filling over the chilled chocolate cookie base in the mold.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Decoration (Optional):

Once the cheesecake is chilled and set, decorate as desired with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh fruit.
