Delectable Chocolate Prune Cake Delight

Ingredients:

For the Biscuit:
– 5 eggs
– 200g flour
– 250g sugar (200g + 50g)
– 120g vegetable oil
– 100ml water
– 30g cocoa
– 4g baking powder
– 1/2 tsp soda
– 1/2 tsp salt

For the Cream:
– 500g farm cheese
– 1 can condensed milk (380g)
– 200g prunes
– 200g butter
– 120g walnuts

For the Syrup for Impregnation:
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup water

Directions:

Prepare the Biscuit:
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a cake pan with a diameter of 21cm.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with 200g of sugar until pale and fluffy.
4. Gradually add vegetable oil and water while continuing to beat.
5. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, mixing until well combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.

Prepare the Cream:
9. In a bowl, combine farm cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
10. Pit the prunes and chop them into small pieces.
11. In a separate bowl, cream butter with 50g of sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the farm cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.
12. Fold in chopped prunes and walnuts until evenly distributed.

Prepare the Syrup for Impregnation:
14. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

21. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
