This creamy cake tastes like all our childhood ice cream dreams but in cake form. A strong flavor of orange, cream and vanilla is found throughout. The texture of the cake is delicate and delicious.
* Ingredients :
° 1 Pkg Ginger Evans®️ Yellow Cake Mix
° 2 Packs Ginger Evans™️ Orange Gelatin
° 1 packet Ginger Evans®️ Instant Vanilla Pudding
° 1 cup 2% milk
° 2 large eggs from Coburn®️ Farms
° 2 teaspoons Marcum®️ imitation vanilla
° 1 Tub Coburn Farms®️ Shake
Bake cake as directed in a 9″ x 13″ pan. Leave the cake to cool completely. Poke holes in the cooled cake. Mix one package of orange gelatin candy with 1 cup of boiling water and 1 cup of cold water. Pour the cake over the cake, cover and put in the refrigerator for 4 c. For hours, mix the pudding with the cold milk and another packet of orange and vanilla gelatin, whisk by hand with a paddle attachment until thickened, add the whipped cake, and top with the pudding mixture.
