Forgotten Chicken Recipe

Nothing else can beat this recipe especially when you serve it hot and fresh from the oven.

You can customize it in your ways like adding vegetables, spices, and cheese.

I prefer this recipe that I am sharing and would love you guys to try it the same.

Ingredients

1 can of both cream of chicken and mushroom soup
Rice 2 cups
Boneless chicken breast pieces 1lb
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion soup mix 1 envelope
Water 1 and a half cup

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F while you are preparing your ingredients.
Grease your baking dish in which you will be preparing forgotten chicken.
Take a bowl and add the cans, rice, and water. Mix it well and then add it to your baking dish.
Arrange your chicken on top of the rice and add the onion soup mix.
Cover it with aluminum foil and bake it for 45-50 minutes until the water is dry and the chicken is perfectly cooked.
