Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

“Melt in Your Mouth Chicken” is my favorite dish, bringing comfort and joy with its tenderness and burst of flavors. A staple for special occasions, this dish holds fond memories and is cherished for its love and care put into each recipe.


4 chicken breasts without skin and bones
1 cup of either mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder


In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients, which include mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the mixture uniformly over each chicken breast.
Place the chicken into a baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for around 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
Once done, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
