3 cans (7.5 ounces each) refrigerated biscuits
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Dip the biscuit pieces into the melted butter, making sure to coat them evenly.
Roll the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place them in the prepared baking dish.
In a small saucepan, melt the brown sugar and remaining butter over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture over the biscuit pieces.
Bake the monkey bread for 35-40 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked .
