° 16 slices of white bread, remove all crusts
° 8 ounces jalapeño soft cheese
° 1/2 pound cooked and chopped bacon
° 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
° 2 tablespoons scrambled eggs mixed with milk
Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
In a bowl, mix the soft cheese with the bacon and cheddar cheese
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
Throw it… Jelly Roll Style.
Dip the roll into the egg/milk mixture
Cook the way you want to toast French bread, in a skillet or on a griddle
