Fish – 750g
Chili powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Rice flour – 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Wash fish and pat dry. Then makes deep cuts on both sides.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and apply on fish.
Now cover the fish and leave it for half an hour
You can either bake it, deep fry it or, for a healthier version of this recipe, make it in the air fryer.
Serve with stir fry vegetables, steamed vegetables or boiled rice.
