This salmon recipe

4 salmon fillets

Zest of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Make Herb-Crust Mixture:

In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a herb-crusted mixture.

Apply Herb-Crust:

Spread the herb-crusted mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing it gently to adhere.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

Broil (Optional):

If you want an extra golden crust, you can broil the salmon for an additional 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.

Remove the salmon from the oven, and serve it hot. Squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the top for a burst of citrus flavor.

This Lemon Garlic Herb-Crusted Salmon is not only delicious but also quick to prepare. Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets and your desired level of doneness. Enjoy your flavorful and healthy salmon dish!
