1 pkg watermelon Jell-o (3 oz.)
1/4 c boiling water
1 pkg Cool Whip (12 oz.)
2 c cubed seeded watermelon
1 graham cracker pie crust
1. In large bowl, dissolve Jell-o in boiling water. Cool to room temp.
2. Whisk in Cool Whip. Fold in watermelon. Spoon into crust.
3. Refrigerate 2 hrs or until set.
