Ingredients
- 2 x Tennis biscuits
- 500ml Cream
- 1 x Caramel tin
- Peppermint crisp chocolate
- Chocolate Pudding
- Milk
- Strawberries
Method:
Whisk cream and caramel together until you are happy with the texture
Whisk milk and chocolate pudding together
Place a layer of tennis biscuits, followed by a layer of the caramel and cream and a layer of the chocolate pudding.
Repeat these steps again and sprinkle pieces of the peppermint chocolate on top.
Place in the fridge for about 4 hours to set. Serve with sliced strawberry!
