My child always chose it their birthday cake on other, & it suffices for crowd. Moist also delicious. Very simple to do. Enjoy!
* Ingredients :
° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 cups white sugar
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a cup of sour cream
° 2 eggs
° 1 cup butter
° 1 cup water
° 5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
° 6 tablespoons milk
° 5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
° Half a cup of butter
° 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Step 1
Preheaat oven 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10×15 inch skillet and grease it with flour.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Beat in sour cream and eggs. Sit aside.Melting butter on low heat in a fry pan, adding water & 5 tsp cocoa. Bring combine to boil, & removing it from heat.Permit cool slightly, then adding cocoa blend to egg mixture & stirring to combined.
Step 3
Pour mix to prepare skillet.Baking in preheated oven about 20 minutes Step 4 For decorate: In a saucepan, mix milk, 5 tsp of cocoa & ½ cup butter.Bring blend to boil & removing from heat.Add sugar and vanilla, then add walnuts and stir until smooth.Spreading glaze on warm biscuit.
