Beef Roast Pot recipe

Classic Sunday Pot Roast is a clean way to make comforting meals together that are tasty, filling, and clean to feed the whole family. This recipe will work either in a conventional oven or in a saucepan or slow cooker right out of the box.

* Ingredients :

° 1 Three to five pounds of roasted or ground beef or breast° 2 teaspoons salt° 1 teaspoon black pepper° 2 tablespoons vegetable oil° 6 crushed garlic cloves° 1 / 2 glasses red wine *° 2 c low-sodium beef broth° 1/4 c sauce Worcestershiire° 2 white onions, cutting to 2-inch pieces° 1 Ib baby carrots° 1 pound red potatoes, cut into small pieces° 1 sprig of fresh rosemary.

 

 

Directions :

 

Heat oven 350 degres F .

Get out large, safe oven Dutch oven heat high heat.

Seasoning with salt / pepper on both sides of casserole.

Adding vegetable oil to skillet / heat until golden brown, parallel to sides, about 3 to 4 min .

 

Removing roast from pan & placing briefly on baking sheet or board. Adding garlic to saucepan for 60 sec .

Brush bowl with red wine / beef broth.

Adding bottom of roast to saucepan.

Pour sauce Worcestershiire on roast beef & placing chop onions, carrots / potatoes over / round meat.

Placing rosemary sprig top.

Covering skillet & transfer it to an oven prehe-ated to 350 degres.

Cook for three hours Seasoning vegetables with salt & pepper to taste & serve hot.
