* Ingredients:
° 2 tablespoons of olive oil
° Boneless sirloin steak, 3/4 inch (about 1 pound) thick, cut into thin slices
° 2 medium green / red bell peppers, cut into 2-inch slices (about 3 cups)
° 1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
° 2 cloves of minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, mashed
° 2 packs of Swanson Flavor Boost – Concentrated Beef Broth
° 1/4 cup water
* Directions :
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add meat and cook until well brown, stirring often. Take the meat out of the pan. Get rid of any grease.
Heat remainder oil in skillet on mediium heat .
Add pepper and onion and cook until vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally.
Add garlic and oregano to the pan, cook and stir for one minute.
Return the beef to the skillet.
Add the concentrated broth and water and cook until the meat is tender.
