OVEN BAKED CHICKEN & RICE recipe

Dinner could not be easier and higher than an oven-baked hen and rice dinner!The delicious tender chicken is grilled with butter rice. This is a entire family-friendly one-pot dinner loved across the world. And the excellent part?It is fully cooked in the oven (no stove!) and calls for minimal preparation and cleaning. Suitable for lazy days !
* ingredients :
° three cups white rice
° 1 white onion cut into cubes
° 6 tsp melted salted butter
° 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
° Five cups of bird broth
° 1 cup heavy cream
° 1 teaspoon salt
° half of teaspoon black pepper
°Four to 6 whole bird thighs
° 2 tsp Italian seasoning
° half tsp garlic powder
° half of teaspoon paprika (optional)

The stove (oven) heats as much as 350 degrees. Greased 9×13 frying pan with a bit fat.In a 9×13 pan, mix rice, onion, 3 tablespoons of ghee, and flour at the same time until no white flour particles appear.Spread the rice lightly on the bottom of the pot.
Pour withinside the fowl broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
Place the bird’s thighs on top of the rice pebbles.Cover the top of the mountain with melted butter, then sprinkle the poultry with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and paprika (optional).Cover wiith aluminum foil also bake for 1 hour in a preheaated oven.Remove the tin foil and bake for another hour and a half until the rice and bird seeds are soft and the bird’s pores and skin are cracked. For a crunchy crust, place the area below the grill for 2 to a few mins before serving. Serve hot.
